New England style IPA. What a fun label! Bold aromas & major hop flavours. Tropical fruit forward with notes of pineapple and tangerine. Zest! Brewed with hop accentuating yeast. Generously dry hopped.
Brewing notes: Malted barley and a little bit of oats to give it that hazy character, and to give it softness. Primarily Riwaka NZ hops and a bit of Mosaic.
Takeaway: A bright and zesty craft beer with wonderful body!
Food Pairing: Pairs with almost any dish. We’ve tried it with Asian, Indian, typical meat and veggy meals, and seafood. It pairs with them all.
